The plan...

This is an allegory: The man and God. There's an abyss between them. They are separated... Why? What has put them apart?

Now we have other question: How do can we join God and the man? What bridge can be settled?

Romans 3:24 states "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God". This verse explains why the man is apart from God, what has disconnected them. God is perfect, and since the man is sinner, it can't be that they remain together. Sin is synonymous of error, disobedience, and evil. This verse also states that every man is a sinner, no one can say "I've never sinned", this is perfectly clear.

Now, the question is more persistent: How can we reach God? How cross the abyss that separates us from him?

Now let's read Romans 6:23: "For the wages of sin is death...". This verse states clearly that there's a pay, a "reward" for the sin: the death. Physical and spiritual death.

but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord" - Romans 6:23.
